At Cottonil Egypt, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our premium cotton products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible 14-day return and exchange policy for unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Cottonil account or contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit within 7-10 business days.
